Return & Refund Policy

At AUREN Labs, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions below.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Because we sell dietary supplements and other ingestible products, opened or used products may not be eligible for return for health, safety, and quality-control reasons, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please do not send your order back before contacting us.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions regarding how and where to send your package. Depending on the circumstances of the return, we may also provide a return shipping label.

Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving return authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at vrssuplements@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and, when possible, photographs showing the issue so that we can evaluate the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return.

This includes, where permitted by applicable law:

Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
Products without their original packaging.
Products showing signs of tampering or damage after delivery.
Gift cards.
Certain promotional, clearance, or final-sale items when identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different product is to request a return for the item you currently have and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new product.

If you received an incorrect or defective product, contact us first so we can determine the appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit-card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping charges and return-shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by AUREN Labs, a defective product, a damaged shipment, or otherwise required by applicable law.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we notified you that your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at vrssuplements@gmail.com.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a customer located in the European Union and applicable law provides a statutory right of withdrawal, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Products must meet the applicable return requirements described above, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Certain sealed products that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons may lose their eligibility for withdrawal after the seal has been broken, where permitted under applicable law.
