Welcome to AUREN Labs.

AUREN Labs is a brand operated by VRS SUPPLEMENTS LLC. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “AUREN Labs,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to VRS SUPPLEMENTS LLC and the AUREN Labs brand, as applicable.

AUREN Labs operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”).

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Services.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, dietary supplements that have been opened, used, consumed, or tampered with may not qualify for return because of health, safety, hygiene, and quality-control considerations.

  • trademarks;

  • branding;

are owned by or licensed to AUREN Labs, VRS SUPPLEMENTS LLC, or their respective licensors and may be protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for personal and lawful purposes.

Unless we provide written authorization, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, display, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our content.

The AUREN Labs name, logos, designs, slogans, product names, and associated branding may not be used without our prior written consent.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

SECTION 11 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our ecommerce infrastructure is powered by Shopify.

However, purchases made through the AUREN Labs store are transactions directly between you and VRS SUPPLEMENTS LLC / AUREN Labs, not Shopify.

Shopify is not the seller of AUREN Labs products.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for products sold by AUREN Labs or claims arising from transactions between customers and AUREN Labs.

SECTION 12 — PRIVACY

Our collection, use, processing, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Certain information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers that enable us to operate our ecommerce store.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, by submitting User Content you grant AUREN Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use the content for purposes including operating, improving, and promoting our business and Services.

You may not submit content that:

  • violates another person's intellectual property rights;

  • is unlawful;

  • is fraudulent or intentionally misleading;

  • contains malware or malicious code;

  • impersonates another person;

  • contains unlawful threats or harassment; or

  • otherwise violates these Terms.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove or decline to publish User Content.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY AUREN LABS OR WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS, AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES ANY WARRANTY, RIGHT, OR REMEDY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

SECTION 18 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUREN LABS, VRS SUPPLEMENTS LLC, AND THEIR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

THIS MAY INCLUDE LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS IS INTENDED TO LIMIT OR EXCLUDE LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.

SECTION 19 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AUREN Labs, VRS SUPPLEMENTS LLC, and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

  1. your material breach of these Terms;

  2. your unlawful use of the Services;

  3. your violation of applicable law; or

  4. your infringement of the rights of another person or entity.

SECTION 20 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

SECTION 21 — WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction located in Florida, United States.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
